If so, we're looking for a Operational Support Specialist to join our team on the journey to success!

 

What You’ll do:

  • Onboarding and management of merchants on the platform

  • Maintenance and updating of app content (banners, stories, pop-ups, etc.)

  • Support in implementing campaigns and promotions

  • Management and optimization of the cashback platform

  • Monitoring and analysis of partner performance (clicks, commissions, etc.)

  • Working with affiliate platforms (e.g., Profitshare, Dognet, 2Performant, CJ, Admitad, etc.)

  • Setup and maintenance of tracking (links, scripts, checkout tracking)

  • Maintenance of the mobile app’s admin panel

  • Verification and processing of transactions, including manual matching when necessary

  • Identification and reporting of issues (bugs) and improvements

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience

  • Fluency of English and Bulgarian

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Very strong Excel skills

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/DOM (required)

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
