If so, we're looking for a Product Owner Buy Now, Pay Later (In-store) to join our team on the journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Analysis of market trends, competitive environment and new technologies to define long-term product strategy
Identify monetization potential and formulate innovative solutions
Developing and communicating a clear product vision aligned with company objectives
Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on research, consumer feedback and business needs
Prioritize functionality against business value, cost and impact
Collecting and articulating user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Provide clarity on product functionality for all teams
Support excellent user experience through UX/UI partnership
Participate in UAT and business adoption
Monitoring KPIs, engagement and user feedback
Product optimization based on data
Managing quality and ensuring excellent customer experience
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking, fintech or insurance company
Proven experience of working on large projects and in an agile environment
Experience in successfully launching lending flows
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong self-motivation and ability to work well in a team environment
Passion for business strategy and desire to learn and grow
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
Experience with Visio or similar, Jira, Confluence is a plus
