If so, we're looking for a QA and Troubleshooting Specialist to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• You support the software testing process and work closely with developers, business analysts and product managers.

• You maintain and update already developed/virtual software and/or interfaces.

• Follow best practices and policies in testing.

• Participate in troubleshooting issues - both functional and technical.

• You provide transparency through feedback and test results

• You test web-based, mobile and API applications.

• You perform system, integration and user testing.

• Improve performance through appropriate tools and automation (if applicable)

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a QA or related position.

• Knowledge in different types of testing - functional, regression, integration, etc.

• Proficient in writing test cases and working with defect trackers (e.g. Jira).

• Experience with API testing and web-based applications is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team.

• Independence and proactivity in problem solving.

• Fluency in English
