If so, we're looking for a QA Specialist to join our Software Development & Delivery team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

  • Participate throughout the SDLC to ensure quality is built into the product from requirements through release

  • Review requirements, user stories, specifications, and technical documentation to identify gaps, ambiguities, risks, and testability concerns

  • Define test coverage and design, maintain, and execute test scenarios and test cases

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, API, and end-to-end testing across mobile and web applications

  • Test APIs using tools such as Postman or Bruno

  • Identify, reproduce, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira or similar tools

  • Work closely with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues

  • Communicate testing progress, quality risks, blockers, and release readiness to the team

  • Identify edge cases, gaps in coverage, and potential quality risks before they reach production

  • Contribute to improving QA processes, testing practices, documentation, and the overall quality culture

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and software testing methodologies

  • Hands-on experience with manual functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing

  • Strong ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and coverage

  • Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or Bruno

  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools, preferably Jira

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills

  • Excellent English communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

  • Proactive mindset and strong ownership of product quality

  • Performance testing experience (e.g. k6) is an advantage

  • Programming and test automation experience are not required for this role
