If so, we're looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Collaborate with business analysts / product owners to ensure clear and complete test scenarios

• Develop a comprehensive test plan that outlines the scope, objectives, and test strategy for the deliverable

• Define test cases, test data, and test environments

• Create test cases that cover various scenarios, including positive and negative test cases

• Execute test cases to verify the functionality of new features and products tbi is aiming to launch

• Record test results and document any defects or issues found. Track the solving of the raised issues and re-test

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports

• Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality

• Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance testing efficiency

• Identify and communicate potential risks associated with the deliverable, especially those related to financial transactions and data security

• Develop a deep understanding of the banking and financial domain to effectively test business-critical functionalities

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

• Strong organizational skills
