If so, we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst , Savings and Investments to join our team on the journey to success!

Join our Savings and Investments team and play a key role in shaping savings and investment products, pricing, and growth initiatives across multiple markets by turning data into actionable business decisions

What You’ll do:

• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing developments, and customer behaviour across savings and investment products

• Analyse portfolio performance and key business KPIs, including volumes, cost of funds, product mix, retention, and channel performance

• Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making

• Identify opportunities for product, pricing, and sales optimization

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities

• Improve reporting processes, data quality, and automation

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Commercial teams on strategic initiatives and new product launches

What you’ll need to succeed:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, IT, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, banking, fintech, consulting, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.

• Understanding of savings, investment, or retail banking products is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Good command of English
