If so, we're looking for an Enterprise Risk Management Officer to join our team on the journey to success.
What you’ll do:
Participate in the development and maintenance of an enterprise management framework, standards and practices related to risk management and observes their effective application on TBI Bank Group level
Participate in the implementation of EU banking regulations
Take a leading role in preparing ICAAL/ILAAP, Recovery plan, Bail-in playbook
Participate in the development and implementation of processes for assessing and / or monitoring the effectiveness of credit, liquidity, market, operational and ESG risk management framework
Monitor on ongoing base the exposure of TBI Bank Group to various risks
Participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly risk management regulatory reports
Provide administrative support as well as prepare the necessary materials and information for the needs of the the Impairments Committee, the Assets and Liabilities Committee, the Management Board, the Supervisory Board and other bodies of the Bank, as well as Regulator
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
University degree in Finance, Information technologies, Mathematics or other related field
Technical knowledge in MS Office, PowerBI, SQL, PL/SQL
Proficiency in organizing and formalizing internal processes and documentation
Excellent analytical skills
Fluency in English
