If so, we are looking for a Senior Compliance Legal Advisor to join us on our journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Drafting and implementing internal policies, procedures and instructions in the Compliance area on both the Group and local levels
Coordinating internal rules, procedures, instructions for their compliance with the applicable legislation
Performing Compliance assessments of new products, services, channels, and developments/amendments of existing ones to ensure compliance with legal requirements and applicable regulations
Performing Compliance function in Investment intermediary activities of the bank
Preparing opinions on different Compliance matters
Identifying and measuring the risk related to regulatory compliance to which the bank is exposed or may be exposed
Participating in working groups on the implementation of legislative changes in the bank’s internal processes (e.g. DORA)
Preparing reports and correspondence letters to competent authorities
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
Proven experience in drafting, reviewing and coordination on internal policies and procedures, including a deep understanding of the compliance function in the financial industry
Knowledge of the legislation regulating the bank activities – CIA, PSPSA, AML & CFT Acts, Consumer Credit Act, BNB Ordinances, etc.
Knowledge of the legislation regulating the bank’s activities as Investment Intermediary – FSC Ordinances, MFIA, POSA, etc.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity, responsibility and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English language
