If so, we are looking for a Senior Compliance Legal Advisor to join us on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Drafting and implementing internal policies, procedures and instructions in the Compliance area on both the Group and local levels

• Coordinating internal rules, procedures, instructions for their compliance with the applicable legislation

• Performing Compliance assessments of new products, services, channels, and developments/amendments of existing ones to ensure compliance with legal requirements and applicable regulations

• Performing Compliance function in Investment intermediary activities of the bank

• Preparing opinions on different Compliance matters

• Identifying and measuring the risk related to regulatory compliance to which the bank is exposed or may be exposed

• Participating in working groups on the implementation of legislative changes in the bank’s internal processes (e.g. DORA)

• Preparing reports and correspondence letters to competent authorities

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing and coordination on internal policies and procedures, including a deep understanding of the compliance function in the financial industry

• Knowledge of the legislation regulating the bank activities – CIA, PSPSA, AML & CFT Acts, Consumer Credit Act, BNB Ordinances, etc.

• Knowledge of the legislation regulating the bank’s activities as Investment Intermediary – FSC Ordinances, MFIA, POSA, etc.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity, responsibility and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English language
