If so, we’re looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our on the journey to success

What You’ll do:

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks

• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions

• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and deep-dive exploratory analysis

• Develop and maintain reporting solutions in Power BI, ensuring accuracy and business relevance

• Build Python-based analytical scripts for automation, data enrichment, and predictive insights

• Support development and deployment of machine learning models (e.g., churn, reactivation, scoring)

• Ensure high data quality, documentation, and consistency across analytical outputs

• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, or related field

• 4+ years of relevant experience

• Strong SQL, Snowflake, and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn basics)

• Power BI expertise (modeling, DAX, visualization)

• Experience with machine learning, MLOps, or Python automation is a plus

• Familiarity with financial/banking datasets, customer behavior, or credit portfolio data

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities

• High attention to detail and data consistency
