If so, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Technology & Measurement Expert to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

We’re looking for a hands-on MarTech specialist to strengthen how we measure and optimise marketing performance across Bulgaria, Romania and Greece.

Your main focus will be our mobile app and website: making sure important customer actions are tracked correctly and that reliable conversion data reaches platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Development and Data - from defining what needs to be tracked to testing the implementation and troubleshooting when something doesn’t look right.

This is not a software development role, and you won’t be expected to write production code. However, you should understand how digital tracking works, be comfortable testing implementations and be able to communicate effectively with both marketing and technical teams.

Your work could include:

• Defining the events and parameters needed for a new app journey and translating them into clear requirements for Development.

• Testing a new SDK or tracking implementation and confirming that the correct data reaches our analytics and advertising platforms.

• Investigating why conversion numbers differ between an advertising platform, an attribution tool and our internal reporting.

• Helping optimize campaigns towards more meaningful customer actions.

More broadly, you will:

• Own the Marketing side of mobile measurement and tracking across our three markets.

• Work with Product and Development teams on the implementation of app events, SDKs and conversion signals.

• Test, validate and troubleshoot tracking implementations and data discrepancies.

• Support the setup and ongoing improvement of tools such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.

• Translate marketing needs into clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Monitor tracking health and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.

• Maintain practical documentation and consistent tracking standards.

• Support web measurement topics when needed.

• Help ensure that our measurement solutions respect privacy and consent requirements.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

You don’t need experience with every platform listed in this job ad. We’re looking for someone with strong tracking fundamentals, practical implementation experience and the curiosity to learn new tools.

• Around 3+ years of relevant experience in MarTech, digital analytics, mobile measurement, product analytics, technical performance marketing or a similar field.

• Hands-on experience implementing, testing or troubleshooting digital tracking.

• A good understanding of event-based measurement, conversion tracking and attribution.

• Experience with at least one mobile analytics or attribution platform, such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust or a similar tool.

• Confidence working with Product and Development teams and translating business needs into technical requirements.

• A practical, investigative mindset - you enjoy understanding why numbers don’t match or why an event isn’t being recorded correctly.

• Fluency in English.

It would be an advantage if you also have:

• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, GA4 or Google Tag Manager.

• Familiarity with SDKs, APIs, app attribution, deep links or consent management.

• Experience in fintech, banking, e-commerce, telecommunications or another app-led digital business.

• Experience with reporting or visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
