If so, we're looking for a Senior Relationship Manager – Business Banking to join our team on our journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Grow the business banking client portfolio through outreach, networking, and partnerships
Achieve sales targets by promoting banking and non-banking solutions
Attract and onboard new Business Banking customers in the Sofia region
Provide expert advice and personalized service on financial products
Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Handle banking operations such as account openings, transfers, and closures
Assist clients with internet banking setup and access
Prepare and manage all required customer documentation
Maintain accurate client records and ensure service excellence
Comply with internal procedures, labor regulations, and quality standards
Support daily branch operations and take on additional tasks as needed
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
University degree (Finance, Economics, or relevant field preferred);
Excellent computer literacy (MS Office);
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience;
Proficiency in English;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment
