If so, we're looking for a Senior Relationship Manager – Business Banking to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Grow the business banking client portfolio through outreach, networking, and partnerships

• Achieve sales targets by promoting banking and non-banking solutions

• Attract and onboard new Business Banking customers in the Sofia region

• Provide expert advice and personalized service on financial products

• Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities

• Handle banking operations such as account openings, transfers, and closures

• Assist clients with internet banking setup and access

• Prepare and manage all required customer documentation

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure service excellence

• Comply with internal procedures, labor regulations, and quality standards

• Support daily branch operations and take on additional tasks as needed

What you’ll need to succeed:

• University degree (Finance, Economics, or relevant field preferred);

• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office);

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience;

• Proficiency in English;

• Strong communication and presentation skills;

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment
