If so, we're looking for a Senior Specialist, Mobile Application Support to join our team on our journey to success!

 

What You’ll do:

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in the mobile application and related systems

  • Escalating complex issues to internal bank departments or external suppliers

  • Maintaining and monitoring the mobile application, infrastructure, and integrations with external systems

  • Assisting and advising the Customer Service team on technical difficulties and process improvements

  • Supporting the upgrade of internal bank systems that affect the mobile platform

  • Training and coordination of less experienced employees working with the application

  • Preparation of instructions and documentation for IT ServiceDesk regarding monitoring and maintenance

  • Proactive identification of recurring technical issues and participation in the creation of long-term solutions

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Higher education in IT, computer science, or similar field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (IT systems or mobile application support)

  • Computer literacy—confident use of monitoring and diagnostic systems and tools

  • Good command of English for communication with suppliers and documentation

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate between different technical and business units
