If so, we're looking for a Social Media and Employer Branding Intern to join our team on our journey to success!

Are you a creative mind who loves social media, storytelling? This role is made for people who think outside the box, enjoy making ideas come alive, and want the freedom to work from anywhere — no need to be in the office.

What You’ll do:

• Immerse yourself in the tbi culture and showcase it authentically across Facebook and Instagram.

• Collect and share employee stories that highlight life at tbi.

• Create fresh and engaging content — from posts and stories to UGC-style videos, reels, and memes.

• Support employer branding campaigns and initiatives.

• Content planning, scheduling, and publishing.

• Spot new trends and experiment with creative formats.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar field.

• A natural storyteller with a creative eye.

• Active on social media and curious about trends

• Good design/video editing skills — Canva, Photoshop, etc.

• Good communicator in English and Bulgarian

• Proactive, positive, and eager to learn by doing.
