If so, we're looking for a Strategy and Transformation Lead to join our team on our journey to success!

We’re seeking a Strategy Lead to shape and drive our enterprise-wide transformation agenda. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining long-term strategy, embedding performance discipline, and connecting strategy with execution to deliver measurable impact.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role, ideal for a strategic problem solver with a consulting background who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, tribe heads, and shareholders to align growth priorities, value creation, and operating model evolution.

What You’ll do:

• Shape and steer the company’s long-term strategy and enterprise value creation plan.

• Define and maintain the unified strategic narrative, aligning markets, tribes, and leadership around shared priorities.

• Lead the annual and quarterly strategic rhythm, ensuring alignment of objectives, key results, and board priorities.

• Oversee enterprise performance management - setting direction, frameworks, and tracking impact across functions.

• Guide investment and portfolio prioritization through financial modeling and value-based decision frameworks.

• Champion change management, organizational health, and a culture of performance and accountability.

• Drive innovation and growth strategy, including AI-enabled opportunities, new ventures, and long-term strategic bets.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 5–7 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent).

• Exceptional analytical, problem-structuring, and communication skills.

• Experience in fintech, banking, or digital transformation environments.

• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis capability.

• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and drive organization-wide change.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to coach leaders on commercial prioritization.
