If so, we're looking for a System Analyst in AFC Prevention Lab to join our team on the journey to success.
What you’ll do:
Perform data analysis using SQL, Power BI, APIs, and risk management systems
Develop dashboards and analytical reports to identify fraud and suspicious behavior
Analyze, document, and translate AFC system requirements into effective solutions
Design, test, and implement standards within AML/CFT and fraud monitoring systems
Evaluate existing Anti-Financial Crime/ Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime systems and recommend functional and performance improvements
Maintain and optimize customer screening, sanctions, risk assessment, and transaction monitoring tools
Perform business analysis of AML/Fraud processes and their automation at Group level
Regularly test and ensure proper functioning of ML/FT and fraud prevention systems
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on system testing and issue resolution
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, regulatory reports, BI reports, and KPIs
Maintain user access rights and controls for specialized AFC monitoring systems
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
3+ years of experience in in data governance, data quality, and reporting standards, BI, or analytics roles
Advanced Excel skills and High proficiency with SQL and database management
Fluency in English language
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
