If so, we're looking for a System Analyst in AFC Prevention Lab to join our team on the journey to success.

What you’ll do:

• Perform data analysis using SQL, Power BI, APIs, and risk management systems

• Develop dashboards and analytical reports to identify fraud and suspicious behavior

• Analyze, document, and translate AFC system requirements into effective solutions

• Design, test, and implement standards within AML/CFT and fraud monitoring systems

• Evaluate existing Anti-Financial Crime/ Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime systems and recommend functional and performance improvements

• Maintain and optimize customer screening, sanctions, risk assessment, and transaction monitoring tools

• Perform business analysis of AML/Fraud processes and their automation at Group level

• Regularly test and ensure proper functioning of ML/FT and fraud prevention systems

• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on system testing and issue resolution

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, regulatory reports, BI reports, and KPIs

• Maintain user access rights and controls for specialized AFC monitoring systems
  

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in in data governance, data quality, and reporting standards, BI, or analytics roles

• Advanced Excel skills and High proficiency with SQL and database management

• Fluency in English language

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
