If so, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Own the full recruitment journey, making sure every hire drives real impact and hits the right goals.

• Work closely with senior leaders to understand what the business needs now and what it’ll need next - shaping strategies to bring in the right people.

• Be a trusted partner on all things people: growth, engagement, well-being, and fair practices.

• Lead and inspire a team of recruiters, setting clear goals while creating a culture of collaboration and success.

• Get creative with sourcing and employer branding through social media, events, and referral programs to attract top talent.

• Keep an eye on market trends and pay benchmarks to make sure we stay competitive and fair.

• Build and manage strong relationships with agencies and external partners to keep our talent pipeline strong.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Solid experience leading talent acquisition, with a track record of finding and hiring great people.

• A proactive, forward-thinking mindset - always staying a step ahead.

• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate in a way that connects and inspires.

• Hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Comfort using ATS platforms, LinkedIn tools, and other modern sourcing methods.

• A collaborative spirit and experience partnering with leaders on people topics like coaching, development, and engagement.

• Problem-solving skills and a positive, motivational attitude that lifts up the people around you.
