If so, we're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team on the journey to success.
What you’ll do:
Respond to internal users inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support
Maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets
Maintain cabling in the HQ and remote office locations
Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates
Provide training and support to end-users on the use of computer systems and software
Support Information Security with security related incidents
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
Previous experience in a technical support or similar role
Work experience in the bank sector is advantage
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with computer hardware, software, and operating systems
User-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
Experience with support of Microsoft products (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Azure)
Experience with Jira and ticketing systems is an advantage
Knowledge of Office365 Administration is considered an advantage
Experience with Information Security systems is an advantage
Category B driving license is an advantage
