As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Total Rewards and Workforce Planning Expert who will play a key role in shaping our workforce planning, compensation strategy, and organizational effectiveness. This role combines both strategic and operational responsibilities and offers close collaboration with senior leadership and key business stakeholders.

What You’ll do:

  • Support the implementation and execution of Total Rewards initiatives across the organization.

  • Maintain salary structures, grading frameworks, incentive schemes, and benefits programs aligned with market practices and internal policies.

  • Perform workforce planning, headcount analysis, and compensation cost modeling to support business and budgeting decisions.

  • Prepare compensation analyses, dashboards, reports, and market benchmark comparisons.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and compensation review cycles.

  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

  • Maintain and administer job evaluation and grading frameworks (Mercer, Korn Ferry, or similar methodologies).

  • Ensure accuracy and smooth execution of operational compensation and benefits processes.

  • Support policy maintenance and governance related to compensation and benefits practices.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and regulatory requirements.

  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders on compensation-related topics.

  • Contribute to organizational design and workforce optimization initiatives.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3+ years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards/ Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, ideally in a multinational environment

  • Strong analytical and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting, modeling) with the ability to work with complex data

  • Solid knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Mercer, Korn Ferry, or similar frameworks)

  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic workforce decisions

  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience with HRIS and BI tools is considered an advantage

  • Banking or financial services experience is an advantage

  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, high integrity, sound judgment, and strong ethical standards

  • Fluency in English
