Why This Role Matters:

This isn’t your typical “web admin” role. You’ll get the chance to take full ownership of creating highly personalized, dynamic digital experiences—blending strategy, analytics, UX, and experimentation to captivate users from their first click to conversion.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, tackling one of today’s biggest challenges: how to drive website performance in an era of shifting digital behavior. From AI-powered overlays to voice search, rich snippets, and beyond—you’ll explore new ways to stand out and keep our website delivering strong results in an increasingly crowded digital landscape.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the entire website experience—from landing to conversion, across desktop and mobile

• Build personalized user flows based on traffic source, user behavior, and funnel stage

• Drive experimentation: lead A/B/C/D testing, heatmap analysis, scroll tracking, and UX experiments

• Optimize for performance, speed, and mobile-first engagemens

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, and Digital teams to ensure consistent journeys

• Monitor the evolution of AI-enhanced search experiences (SGE, AI overlays, zero-click results) and adapt our approach

• Own web analytics reporting-highlighting what works, what needs fixing, and where opportunity hides

• Introduce and manage website tools (e.g. personalization engines, CRO tools, tracking layers)

What You’ll Need to Succed:

• 3+ years in website optimization, UX, CRO, or web product ownership

• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow, WordPress) and experimentation tools (e.g. Hotjar, Google Optimize, VWO, etc.)

• Deep understanding of traffic sources (paid, organic, referral) and how to build segmented flows per source

• Familiarity with SEO evolution and performance strategies beyond basic keyword ranking

• Strong analytical mindset-comfortable with GA4, Tag Manager, Looker/BI tools

• Curious, proactive, and eager attitude

• Exposure to AI-enhanced web strategies and user journey personalization tools would be considered an advantage

• Experience building dynamic, behavior-triggered landing pages
