If so, we're looking for an ALM Expert to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Manage and support Assets and Liabilities Management (ALM) activities within the financial institution

• Identify, assess, and monitor key ALM risks, including liquidity, capital, funding, and interest rate risk

• Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks such as Basel, EBA, and ECB, including liquidity and capital requirements

• Analyze and interpret balance sheet structure, key financial metrics, and performance indicators

• Monitor and stay up to date with European regulatory developments

• Collaborate with different stakeholders across the organization to support financial activities

What you’ll need to succeed:

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field

• 3+ years of previous experience on a similar role in financial institution

• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel

• Ability to work well in English given very international environment

• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently, as well as in the team, and take on new tasks with high level of responsibility

• Initiative and proactive personality with motivation for learning and self-development

• Willingness to learn fast and grow together with the company
