Join our Anti-Financial Crime Investigation team and play a key role in preventing, detecting and investigating financial fraud across the Bank and the wider Group
We are looking for an Anti-Fraud Expert to join us on our journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Investigate potential fraud and financial crime cases
Monitor transactions, red flags and scenario-based alerts
Investigate identity, third-party, card, transfer and other fraud attempts
Analyse fraud patterns, trends and emerging risks
Document investigations and recommend effective risk mitigation controls
Escalate complex cases for further resolution
Work closely with Business, Technology, Risk, Operations and Cards teams
Contribute to improving fraud monitoring, controls and processes
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Law or a relevant field
1+ years of relevant experience in Fraud Prevention, Transaction Monitoring or Risk
Proven experience in financial crime prevention and/or fraud investigations
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of banking, payment and financial operations
Fluent English, written and spoken
Willingness and ability to work on a 24/7 shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
