If so, we're looking for a Application Operations and Support Specialist to join our team on our journey to success!

 

What You’ll do:

  • Support and development of banking applications and their interfaces with external systems and payment platforms

  • Participation in the implementation of new functionalities, applications, and modules, as well as in projects related to existing systems

  • Coordination with external suppliers and internal units to clarify business requirements and technical specifications

  • Performing system tests and assisting during user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Providing technical documentation and instructions for installation, operation, and monitoring

  • Second-level support and active incident resolution within agreed timeframes

  • Monitoring performance and taking corrective action when problems arise

  • Proactively identifying and preventing technical issues

Изисквания за позицията

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Higher education in computer science, information technology, or a similar field

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience with IT systems, support, or development of banking/financial applications

  • Excellent technical skills and experience with databases (MS SQL, Oracle)

  • Good knowledge of banking processes and regulatory requirements

  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills

  • Good command of English

  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, loyalty and resilience under pressure
