If so, we're looking for a Application Operations and Support Specialist to join our team on our journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Support and development of banking applications and their interfaces with external systems and payment platforms
Participation in the implementation of new functionalities, applications, and modules, as well as in projects related to existing systems
Coordination with external suppliers and internal units to clarify business requirements and technical specifications
Performing system tests and assisting during user acceptance testing (UAT)
Providing technical documentation and instructions for installation, operation, and monitoring
Second-level support and active incident resolution within agreed timeframes
Monitoring performance and taking corrective action when problems arise
Proactively identifying and preventing technical issues
Изисквания за позицията
What you’ll need to succeed:
Higher education in computer science, information technology, or a similar field
At least 1 year of relevant experience with IT systems, support, or development of banking/financial applications
Excellent technical skills and experience with databases (MS SQL, Oracle)
Good knowledge of banking processes and regulatory requirements
Analytical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills
Good command of English
Excellent communication skills, teamwork, loyalty and resilience under pressure
