If so, we're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on the journey to success.
What you’ll do:
Develop and enhance banking products by defining business requirements, functional specifications, and user acceptance criteria
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, designers, product owners) to ensure successful product implementation
Analyze current processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate technical, operational, and regulatory aspects of new initiatives
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure quality throughout product release cycles
Analyze data to monitor product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of products and initiatives
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and align with stakeholders
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2+ years of experience in cross-functional business analysis on projects and regular changes
Proficient in using Visio (or similar tools), Jira, and Confluence
Experience in customer-facing digital projects; experience in financial services is a plus
BA certification is an advantage
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong ability to handle stress and stay organized
Initiative and a proactive approach to improving processes.
