If so, we're looking for a Business Performance Analyst to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Analyze business performance by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and turning data into clear, actionable insights

• Define, track, and continuously refine KPIs in line with business objectives

• Translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders

• Contribute to the definition of management reporting requirements, ensuring reports effectively support business decisions

• Develop and maintain forecasting models and analytical frameworks, supporting the evaluation and follow-up of business initiatives

• Participate in bonus scheme calculations and tracking, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives

• Support business line leads in budgeting, planning, and ad-hoc analytical and forecasting need

• Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery across all analytical outputs

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, performance analysis, or reporting-related roles

• A proactive, self-driven approach with strong ownership and accountability

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail

• Advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, data structuring)

• Solid working knowledge of MS Office tools

• Ability to communicate insights clearly and support data-driven decisions

• Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

• Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
