If so, we're looking for a Campaign Design Manager to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Own and drive the Bank’s campaign automation ecosystem, including real-time and behavior-triggered journeys, ensuring seamless and optimized customer communication across all markets.

• Manage the connection between customer data, campaign platforms, and communication channels to enable effective and timely campaign execution.

• Oversee campaign delivery to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.

• Contribute to audience segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle strategies in close collaboration with relevant teams to drive meaningful results.

• Ensure high-quality campaign and journey design, including testing, performance tracking, and validation before launch.

• Monitor campaign performance in real time, quickly identifying and resolving any issues.

• Continuously improve campaign processes, tools, and automation to enhance efficiency and impact.

• Act as a key link between business and IT/Product/Data teams to support smooth campaign execution.

• Maintain clear documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.

• Stay up to date with new marketing technologies and contribute to their evaluation and adoption.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in campaign launch, marketing technology, CRM/CDP platform administration, or a closely related technical role

• Experience with real-time event-driven systems and multi-channel campaign delivery is a strong advantage

• Ж in SQL and data manipulation

• Hands-on practical experience with one or more enterprise campaign automation, CDP (e.g. Evam, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, Emarsys, or equivalent)

• Advanced MS Office skills

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal 

• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Ability to work under pressure; self-initiative; structured and proactive approach to work
