If so, we're looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team on our journey to success!

  

As our Compensation & Benefits Manager, you’ll lead our regional Total Rewards function, shaping pay and benefits strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to handle operational processes. This is a rare opportunity to work at both strategic and operational levels, with real ownership from day one. This role reports to the Global Chief People Officer.

What You’ll do:

  • Lead the regional Total Rewards function, from strategy to execution.

  • Implement pay structures, salary bands, incentive plans, and benefits programs aligned with global standards and local market realities.

  • Provide data-driven insights to guide leadership on pay competitiveness, retention risks, and reward trends.

  • Oversee day-to-day operational processes for smooth execution.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling for compensation and benefits.

  • Prepare dashboards and reports to inform decision-making.

  • Benchmark compensation and benefits against market data.

  • Maintain C&B policies, job evaluation frameworks, and governance standards.

  • Ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations across all markets.

  • Partner with HR and legal for smooth program implementation.

  • Have direct exposure to executive leadership and influence reward strategy across all our markets.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, ideally in a multinational environment.

  • Proven experience building or transforming C&B frameworks.

  • Strong analytical and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting, modeling).

  • Solid knowledge of job evaluation methodologies

  • Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on, bridging strategy and operations.

  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

  • Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication skills, high integrity, sound judgment, and strong ethical standards.

  • Fluency in English.
