We are looking for a highly motivated Core Banking System Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the development, support, and optimization of our core banking platform and related systems!

What You’ll do:

• Manage enhancements and modifications related to the Core Banking System and its interfaces

• Gather and clarify business requirements together with internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions

• Coordinate testing activities for system updates, integrations, and new functionalities

• Monitor application performance and support issue resolution in collaboration with vendors

• Perform second-level technical support and incident investigation

• Configure and parameterize new banking products and functionalities

• Maintain a strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, interfaces, XML structures, database links, and related integrations

• Participate in project activities and proactively identify and communicate potential risks

• Collaborate with software vendors and service providers to ensure service quality and successful delivery

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting banking applications or core banking systems

• Good understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements

• Experience working with relational databases and SQL, preferably MS SQL Server

• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data flows

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level

• Experience participating in banking system implementations or migration projects

• Knowledge of application architecture and system integration concepts

• Experience working with external software vendors and service providers

• Understanding of banking operations, payments, lending, or card systems
