If so, we're looking for a Cost Controlling Manager to join our team on the journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Perform daily operational control related to all the expenses of the bank based on internal rules
Verify payments documents and initial cost of approvals
Participate in the Budget and Forecasts preparation in terms of the process of planning OPEX and CAPEX costs
Identify and analyze the differences of actual versus budgeted/planned costs
Manage cost nomenclature, including cost parametrization and allocation across the bank
Participate in the preparation of regular reports and ad-hoc reports related to the costs generated in the bank
Communicate with colleagues from other departments and support them when needed
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
2+ years of previous experience on a similar role
Understanding of common retail banking operations like annuity-based loans, credit cards, revolving loans, current accounts, deposits
Advanced skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Fluency in Bulgarian and English
Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work independently, as well as in the team, and take on new tasks with high level of responsibility
Initiative and proactive personality with motivation for learning and self-development
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
