If so, we're looking for a Cost Controlling Manager to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

  • Perform daily operational control related to all the expenses of the bank based on internal rules

  • Verify payments documents and initial cost of approvals

  • Participate in the Budget and Forecasts preparation in terms of the process of planning OPEX and CAPEX costs

  • Identify and analyze the differences of actual versus budgeted/planned costs

  • Manage cost nomenclature, including cost parametrization and allocation across the bank

  • Participate in the preparation of regular reports and ad-hoc reports related to the costs generated in the bank

  • Communicate with colleagues from other departments and support them when needed

Job requirements


What you’ll need to succeed:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field

  • 2+ years of previous experience on a similar role

  • Understanding of common retail banking operations like annuity-based loans, credit cards, revolving loans, current accounts, deposits

  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel

  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English

  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently, as well as in the team, and take on new tasks with high level of responsibility

  • Initiative and proactive personality with motivation for learning and self-development

  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
