If so, we're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Perform various financial analyses to support financial management of the bank

• Support monitoring financial results, prepare conclusions and recommendations to the CFO and bank’s management

• Perform product and channel profitability analyses

• Prepare financial models for project’s decisions taking

• Perform banking market and competitive analyses

• Cooperate with other finance team members in various financial activities

• Interact with other departments within the bank to support them in financial matters
  

What you’ll need to succeed:

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field

• 3+ years of previous experience with financial data analysis (within financial institution will be considered an advantage)

• Understanding of key retail banking terms will be an advantage or ability and willingness to learn fast

• Experience in financial modeling

• Solid experience with various tools such as MS Excel

• SQL, Snowflake experience will be considered an advantage

• Ability to work well in English given very international environment

• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently, as well as in the team, and take on new tasks with high level of responsibility

• Initiative and proactive personality with motivation for learning and self-development

• Willingness to learn fast and grow together with the company
