If so, we're looking for a Head of B2B2C Sales (Partners Network) to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

  • Lead and motivate the bank's B2B2C Sales team, who handle relationships with both existing and new eComm and in-store partners, aiming to boost sales of POS lending products.
  • Take charge of the POS lending products business line, crafting and executing sales strategies aligned with company objectives, and meeting budget targets for sales, profitability, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Keep an eye on market trends, competition, and emerging ideas to enhance the bank's market position and revenue streams with both current and potential partners.
  • Prioritize activities to focus on creating value for our partners, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Establish and manage team processes to optimize partner relationships and achieve top-notch results.
  • Attend conferences and events to advocate for tbi payment methods.

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing sales teams or business development
  • Experience in B2B2C relations would be considered an advantage
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent English language skills
