If so, we're looking for a Head of Internal Communications to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Connect the Dots: Drive a cross-border internal comms strategy that keeps people inspired, informed, and deeply connected.

• Bridge the Gap: Partner directly with leadership and the Board to translate high-level business vision into clear, human stories.

• Lead Through Change: Guide the organization through transformations, business updates, and major cultural milestones.

• Spark Engagement: Create high-impact content across all channels—from high-energy town halls to digital collaboration spaces.

• Champion the Brand: Lead internal events and employer branding campaigns that celebrate who we are.

• Listen & Evolve: Measure employee sentiment, gather feedback, and continuously improve how we listen.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 3+ Years of Proven Experience: Extensive experience leading internal communications, PR, or employer branding, ideally within a fast-paced Fintech, Tech, or dynamic B2C environment.

• Strategic & Hands-On: A rare blend of a strategic mindset and the willingness to roll up your sleeves. You can design a long-term communications framework for the Board, but you are equally energized getting into the trenches to draft copy, design visuals, and execute daily tasks.

• Authentic Presence: The confidence and gravitas to advise the Board, paired with the genuine empathy to connect with people at all levels of the organization.

• Strategic Architecture: Proven track record designing and executing long-term communication strategies across multinational or cross-border operations.

• Data & Metrics Driven: Experience setting up internal communication KPIs and using analytics tools to measure employee engagement and sentiment.

• Master Storytelling: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Bulgarian. You know how to make people feel a message, not just read it.

• Modern Tool Stack: Hands-on experience optimizing modern intranet infrastructure (SharePoint, MS Teams) and digital visualization tools.
