If so, we're looking for a Head of Product Strategy Marketing to join our team on the journey to success!
What You’ll do:
- Support SVP, Marketing in securing smooth business functioning and building growth projects
- Conduct research and analyze data to provide business insights, translating them into actionable strategies that support key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage marketing strategies across various ecosystems, with a primary focus on the Merchant ecosystem, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects, fostering innovation and enhancing operational efficiency in marketing and business operations
- Plan, execute, and report on diverse campaigns, including influencer, TV, and merchant-led initiatives, across various platforms
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and drive growth
- Lead and mentor a team of product marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring team development
- Oversee legal documentation for tenders, campaigns, and partnerships, ensuring compliance and smooth operations
- Analyze market trends, manage campaign budgets, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts to improve outcomes
- Support cross-functional teams in the production of marketing merchandise and POS materials
- Conduct performance assessments, including mystery shopping, to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven ability to conduct research, perform data analysis, and connect insights to business KPIs
- Hands-on experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing (experience in retail is a plus)
- Experience leading and mentoring teams
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools
- Strong project management skills with a focus on prioritization and fast-paced delivery
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect insights to measurable business outcomes
- Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Passion for operational excellence and delivering results that impact business growth
