If so, we're looking for a Internal Communications Manager to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Establish and execute an internal communications strategy to deliver on your role purpose: winning the hearts and minds of our people.

• Ensure organizational goals, initiatives and projects are successfully communicated internally

• Be the internal voice for the senior management team – translate their vision, ideas and messages into creative and meaningful communication

• Support various organizational units designing and implementing specific awareness campaigns

• Seek continuous improvement and learn new and innovative practices in internal communications.

• Develop and implement effective measurement and evaluation of the internal communication approach

• Plan and write content for a variety of internal communications channels, such as a corporate social network, emails, bulletin boards etc.

• Host company-wide events

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 5 + years experience in a similar role

• Brilliant interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with different teams.

• Attention to detail and excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.

• The journalistic talent to source stories from our people. “One-man news agency” type of thing.

• Analytical thinking and the ability to develop and execute communication strategies.
