What You’ll do:

• Owning and shaping tbi bank’s brand voice across all channels – digital, social, CRM, website, and offline

• Developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, adoption, and brand love

• Using AI tools (like ChatGPT and Midjourney) to streamline content creation and localization

• Act as the AI content lead, building a strategic prompt library that reinforces tbi bank’s distinctive brand voice across all AI-generated content

• Collaborating with design and performance teams to deliver high-impact, creative campaigns

• Tracking key KPIs (engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimizing based on performance

• Leading influencer and UGC campaigns in partnership with social and performance teams

• Writing clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content across multiple formats

• Managing and mentoring copywriters and social media managers

• Supporting internal teams with brand-aligned messaging and content expertise

• Championing high-quality copy across the team and coaching others on best practices

• Using feedback and data to continuously refine and improve messaging

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 3+ years proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or content marketing roles

• Background in creative agencies, digital startups, or fintech companies would be a plus

• Understanding of product marketing language for banking, finance, or e-commerce sectors is an advantage

• Proven experience developing campaigns and storytelling across multiple channels (email, social, web, app, paid media, etc.)

• Knowledge of SEO writing principles and CRM channel nuances (Push, Viber, SMS) is beneficial

• Understanding of digital marketing funnel mechanics: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention

• Experience with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, GrammarlyGO, Writer.com etc.)

• Basic prompting techniques for generating or refining content

• Excellent command of Bulgarian and English (written and verbal) – you’ll write in both languages

• A creative mindset mixed with data-driven thinking – you know how to craft messages that connect emotionally and perform commercially

• Comfort with fast-paced, agile environments and cross-functional teamwork
