If so, we're looking for a Operational Process and Visual Design Architect to join our team on our journey to success!

 

 

What You’ll do:

  • Analyze and optimize operational processes and user flows to improve efficiency and ensure alignment with UX standards

  • Create and maintain process maps, operational guidelines, and documentation for internal teams and customers

  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitization of internal processes

  • Develop and implement visual concepts aligned with business objectives

  • Create and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides

  • Ensure consistency with brand identity and UX principles, including accessibility (WCAG) and usability

  • Collaborate with UX research and business analysis teams to integrate user data and feedback

  • Use data (Google Analytics, UX metrics, internal systems) to evaluate and improve solutions

  • Present insights, results, and recommendations to stakeholders

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (UX, developers, business, operations)

  • Plan and track timelines, budgets, and resources for projects

  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and report deviations

  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data protection requirements

  • Conduct audits and reviews of processes and design solutions

  • Collaborate with QA and legal teams to resolve issues

  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, diagrams, and prototypes

  • Deliver regular reports on project progress, results, and improvements

  • Support maintenance of centralized documentation and knowledge repositories

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in UX design, process optimization and/or business analysis

  • Experience in banking, fintech, or other regulated environment will be an advantage

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies

  • Experience with process mapping and workflow design (e.g. BPMN, flowcharts, user journeys)

  • Experience working with design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and design systems

  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights (experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar is an advantage)

  • Experience working with data-driven UX and experimentation (A/B testing, metrics)

  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

  • Experience working with agile development methodologies is a plus

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (UX, developers, business stakeholders)

  • Fluency in English is required

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset
