If so, we're looking for a Junior Operational Risk Specialist to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Development and implementation of operational risk management methodology, control of its adhering  

• Development and maintenance of operational risk events register and reported events

• Active cooperation with the Units for events' maintenance, making follow-up of implementation of measures committed for incident resolving and eliminating its consequences

• Coordination of major incidents reporting process following the regulatory requirements

• Administration of the register and ensuring required technical support, preparation of business requirements for necessary changes, participation in their testing and implementation 

• Preparing of regular reports, activity directions or other information on operational risk for the Bank’s management and the Group, other units or external authorities upon the request

• Development and making trainings for Bank’s employees in relation to operational risk management topic

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Educated to higher degree level in a relevant subject (Banking, Finance, Data science, etc.)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data extraction, and report generation)

• Experience in risk management, compliance, or related areas is an advantage

• Prior knowledge of the banking sector and risk management practices is an advantage

• Ability to interpret and analyze datasets

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
