If so, we're looking for a Performance and Growth Analyst to join our team on our journey to success!

We are looking for a Performance and Growth Analyst with strong experience in retail banking, ideally with exposure to debit and credit cards. This role is not about building reports, but about turning data into actionable insights. You will request, review, and interpret reports from BI and other teams, identify risks and opportunities before they become visible to everyone else, and recommend concrete actions that improve business performance.

Think of it this way: instead of analyzing why the ship sank, you’ll help us see the iceberg coming, and also show us how we can sail faster.

What You’ll do:

  • Monitor and analyze retail banking performance across products and channels, with a focus on debit and credit cards.

  • Request and interpret reports (from BI and other data sources) and translate them into business-relevant insights.

  • Identify risks, early warning signals, and opportunities to accelerate growth or improve efficiency.

  • Track objectives and key results and ensure performance against targets is monitored and reported.

  • Evaluate the performance of sales channels, including:

    • Card activation rates and timelines

    • Customer onboarding journeys

    • Usage and transaction behavior by channel

    • Sales agent performance

  • Analyze customer behaviors across different segments (e.g., existing bank customers vs. new-to-bank customers), identifying usage patterns, activation differences, and opportunities for targeted growth.

  • Prepare and present actionable recommendations to management for improving sales, customer activation, product usage, and profitability.

  • Support decision-making by providing structured analysis, clear visuals, and business-focused storytelling.

  • Act as the bridge between data teams (BI/analytics) and business stakeholders (sales, product, marketing).

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail banking, preferably in cards (debit/credit), product management, or performance analysis.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, not just report it.

  • Solid understanding of retail banking KPIs: acquisition, activation, usage, portfolio growth, delinquency, profitability.

  • Experience in customer segmentation and behavioral analysis (e.g., existing vs. new-to-bank, digital-first vs. branch-driven customers).

  • Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, and performance tracking frameworks.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to work with BI outputs (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) — not as a developer but as a business analyst/consumer.

  • Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for management.

  • Problem-solving, proactive mindset, and ability to spot opportunities before they are obvious.
