If so, we're looking for a Product Owner – Credit Cards to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Overall responsibility for the credit card product—from strategy and roadmap to customer experience and development

• You manage and optimize key customer journeys (acquisition, onboarding, activation, payments, installment plans, credit limit management, retention)

• Develop and implement product solutions that increase usage, engagement, and customer value

• Work in partnership with Commercial teams to achieve key business KPIs (active customers, transactions, profitability, installment adoption)

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap, including new features, partnerships, and growth opportunities

• Make decisions based on data, analytics, and experiments, with a focus on improving business results

• Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams (Marketing, Risk, Legal, Operations, Finance, Engineering)

• Ensure a balance between customer experience, risk, regulatory requirements, and sustainable growth

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 5 years years of experience in Product Management (cards, payments, or consumer lending)

• Excellent understanding of credit card and installment products

• Experience in fintech or digital banking

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects

• Commercial mindset and results-oriented approach
