If so, we're looking for a QA and Troubleshooting Specialist to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Support the software testing process and work closely with developers, business analysts and product managers

• Maintain and update already developed/virtual software and/or interfaces

• Follow best practices and policies in testing

• Participate in troubleshooting issues - both functional and technical

• Provide transparency through feedback and test results

• Test web-based, mobile and API applications

• Perform system, integration and user testing

• Improve performance through appropriate tools and automation (if applicable)
  
  

What you’ll need to succeed:

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field

• Previous experience in a QA or related position

• Knowledge in different types of testing - functional, regression, integration, etc

• Proficient in writing test cases and working with defect trackers (e.g. Jira)

• Experience with API testing and web-based applications is an advantage

• Fluency in English

• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team

• Independence and proactivity in problem solving
