If so, we're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Perform analytical tasks and deliver actionable insights

• Review and provide feedback on organizational agreements

• Contribute to process automation and workflow optimization projects

• Collaborate on the development and parameterization of accounting policies and systems

• Provide technical support to business and back-office units, assisting in transaction mapping, troubleshooting, and the implementation or amendment of agreements

• Compile and analyze financial data to prepare precise account entries

• Maintain timely and accurate bookkeeping, including document processing and account reconciliations

• Verify documentation and process payments

• Execute month-end and year-end financial close tasks

• Calculate taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with tax reporting obligations (e.g., WHT, VAT)

• Regularly review and update accounting records and application parameters to align with legislative and internal requirements

• Oversee the maintenance of the fixed assets register

• Stay updated on financial regulations, ensuring adherence to local and national legal requirements

• Prepare managerial and ad hoc reports to support decision-making

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting

• Advanced knowledge of statutory accounting principles

• High proficiency with technical tools, including MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Strong multitasking abilities to handle competing priorities

• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
