If so, we're looking for a Senior expert budgeting and planning to join us in our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Contribute to preparing the Bank's and subsidiaries' budgets by analyzing and providing inputs for the balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, on standalone and consolidation bases, IFRS 16, fix assets amortization forecast, tax forecast for Bulgarian, Romanian and Greece entities, eliminations.

• Aggregation and consolidation of the information for the budgets from multiply sources

• Assist in forecasting exercises under specific scenarios or conditions and conduct financial analyses of Bank initiatives via Jedox platform https://www.jedox.com/en/

• Analyze and evaluate the trends that shape the Bank's development, identifying key factors and providing insights on their implications

• Perform detailed analysis comparing actual results with the budget and forecasts, conducting causal analysis to understand the underlying drivers of variations.

• Interact with other departments within the bank to obtain and supply data

• Prepare reports for shareholders based on actuals vs budget

• Contribute to department and organization special growth projects as assigned

What you’ll need to succeed:

• At least 5 years of previous experience with financial data analysis in the banking/fintech industry in the budgeting area

• Understanding of common retail banking operations: like annuity-based loans, credit cards, revolving loans, current accounts, deposits

• Knowledge of modeling open currency position for the budget, OPEX, CAPEX run rates

• Experience in the analytical requirements set up in budgeting solution

• Solid experience in working with MS Excel

• Fluency in written and oral English and Bulgarian

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and challenge results when necessary

• Motivation to learn and develop your career in a dynamic and innovative fintech environment

• SQL, Snowflake experience is a plus
