If so, we're looking for a Specialist Payment Solutions to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Monitor daily payment transactions in the core banking system and take action when intervention is required.

• Monitor payment statuses and investigate potential issues with payment solution providers.

• Process and verify payment files through SWIFT, TARGET, BISERA and BORICA.

• Participate in settlement account reconciliation and payment-related operations.

• Handle payment returns, manual transactions and mass file imports.

• Review system logs and support the investigation of payment processing issues.

• Participate in the testing, implementation and optimization of payment processes.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to projects that make payment operations more efficient.

• Provide operational support and guidance to other teams.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• University degree preferably in Economics, Finance, Banking, or another relevant field

• At least 3 years of previous experience on a similar position – either as a payments specialist in a financial institution, or other payment processing function

• Good computer literacy and confidence working with various payment systems, SWIFT standards and BNB reporting

• English language proficiency

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Proactive approach and willingness to improve processes
