If so, we're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

  • Provide technical support to internal users and assist with hardware, software, network and communication-related issues.

  • Monitor designated IT systems, services and business-critical processes, including core banking and payment systems.

  • Respond to alerts, service interruptions and IT incidents by performing initial diagnosis, troubleshooting and escalation when needed.

  • Register, track and update IT support requests and incidents, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

  • Support users with workstations, corporate applications, VPN, remote access and other IT services.

  • Perform designated user and access management activities within the assigned level of responsibility.

  • Carry out End-of-Day (EOD) procedures and related operational control activities.

  • Ensure proper tracking and handover of active incidents and operational activities between shifts.

  • Document performed actions, findings and resolutions in line with internal procedures.

  • Contribute to maintaining the continuity and smooth operation of the Bank's critical IT processes.

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in technical support, IT operations, system administration or a similar role.

  • Good understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems and basic networking concepts.

  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a corporate environment.

  • Ability to perform initial incident diagnosis and escalate complex issues to relevant support teams.

  • Experience with IT monitoring tools or working in a monitored IT environment will be considered an advantage.

  • Experience with Microsoft products, Active Directory and O365 administration will be considered an advantage.

  • Understanding of VPN, remote access and corporate applications is an advantage.

  • Ability to follow operational procedures and work accurately in a structured environment.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Willingness and ability to work on a shift schedule, including monitoring and operational support activities

  • Category B driving license will be considered an advantage.
