If so, we're looking for a Business Analyst – Product Lab to join our team on our journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Collaborate with Product Owners, and Business Owners to gather, document, and validate requirements for new and enhanced products
Analyze business processes, customer journeys, and market trends to support product design and decision-making.
Translate high-level concepts into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for delivery teams
Work with development, UX, compliance, and operations teams to ensure requirements are understood, feasible, and aligned with business priorities
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts across products, systems, and teams
Contribute to regulatory and risk assessments for financial products
Produce clear documentation, business cases, and reporting for stakeholders
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business & system analysis on projects and regular changes
Experience in financial services, customer-facing digital projects, or retail banking is an advantage
Experience working in Agile environments and with backlog management tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Strong computer literacy: Visio (or similar), Jira, Confluence
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication, teamwork, stress-resistance, organizational skills, and initiative
