If so, we're looking for a Business Analyst – Product Lab to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, and Business Owners to gather, document, and validate requirements for new and enhanced products

• Analyze business processes, customer journeys, and market trends to support product design and decision-making.

• Translate high-level concepts into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for delivery teams

• Work with development, UX, compliance, and operations teams to ensure requirements are understood, feasible, and aligned with business priorities

• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

• Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts across products, systems, and teams

• Contribute to regulatory and risk assessments for financial products

• Produce clear documentation, business cases, and reporting for stakeholders

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in business & system analysis on projects and regular changes

• Experience in financial services, customer-facing digital projects, or retail banking is an advantage

• Experience working in Agile environments and with backlog management tools

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Strong computer literacy: Visio (or similar), Jira, Confluence

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Excellent communication, teamwork, stress-resistance, organizational skills, and initiative
