If so, we're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Specialist  to join our team on our journey to success!


What You’ll do:

  • Define and refine the unique value proposition, positioning, and messaging for the banking app to differentiate it in the market and resonate with target users.

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new features and updates within the banking app, ensuring timely and impactful launches. Develop comprehensive marketing plans that include customer segmentation, channel strategies, and promotional activities.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, in-app messaging, etc.) to drive app downloads, user engagement, and customer loyalty.

  • Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and workshops to ensure internal teams (sales, customer service, etc.) are well-informed about the app's features and benefits. Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure consistency in messaging and customer experience.

  • Analyze user data and feedback to gain insights into app performance and customer needs. Use these insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and ongoing app improvements.

  • Work closely with product development, UX/UI design, customer service, and IT teams to ensure the app meets user needs and is marketed effectively. Act as the key marketing liaison for the banking app across all departments.

  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for the app, including onboarding tutorials, user guides, FAQs, and promotional materials that enhance the user experience.

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track the success of marketing initiatives. Regularly report on campaign performance, user acquisition, engagement rates, and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Champion the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather and leverage customer feedback to continuously improve the app's offerings and user experience.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on digital products or mobile apps, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
