If so, we're looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team on our journey to success!

What You'll do:

• Conduct legal research on Bulgarian and EU legislation, with a focus on credit institutions, consumer protection and digital financial services

• Provide legal support on client products, customer journeys and digital sales channels, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements

• Participate in the design, structuring and review of products, processes and platforms (incl. online / mobile channels), identifying legal risks and proposing practical, business-oriented solutions

• Support the implementation of regulatory requirements into end-to-end customer processes (e.g. onboarding, credit granting, disclosures, distant sales)

• Review and prepare legal documentation related to consumer products (general terms, consumer agreements, product documentation, customer communications, etc.)

• Collaborate closely with business, product, IT and compliance teams to ensure end-to-end legal and regulatory compliance

• Monitor regulatory developments in consumer finance and digital services and translate them into actionable internal guidance

• Communicate with external counsel, notaries and regulatory stakeholders where required

• Maintain accurate and organized legal documentation and participate in internal projects and initiatives

What you’ll need to succeed:

• University degree in Law

• Successful completion of the exam administered by the Ministry of Justice to practice in Bulgaria

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Previous experience, preferably in a bank, retail lender, fintech or other financial services provider

• Experience or strong interest in consumer law, financial services regulation and/or digital business models

• Exposure to or interest in client products, customer journeys, digital sales channels or platform-based services

• Ability to understand business processes and translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical, implementable solutions

• Strong analytical thinking combined with business-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (business, product, IT, compliance)

• Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership
