If so, we're looking for an Team Lead Receivables and Collections to join us on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

  • Leading, analyzing, controlling, and coordinating all stages and processes related to overdue receivables monitoring and collection

  • Organizing, planning, and optimizing the team’s activities to ensure efficiency and achievement of set goals

  • Actively participating in the development and implementation of internal policies, instructions, and guidelines related to credit risk management and collections

  • Being responsible for the training and onboarding of new team members

  • Monitoring the quality of services provided and proposing measures for process improvements

  • Supporting the implementation of new products and services while ensuring compliance with the bank’s standards

  • Preparing regular reports and analyses for management on results and trends in overdue receivables collection

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Finance, or related fields are an advantage)

  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in the banking or non-banking financial sector, related to lending, collections, or risk management

  • Proven experience in team management and process coordination

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills

  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)

  • Ability to perform under pressure and make quick, sound decisions
